ADHD Evaluation Fees

Aspire ADHD provides comprehensive ADHD evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Connecticut. 

In-office evaluations and computerized ADHD testing are available at our Walpole, Massachusetts location, while online ADHD evaluations are available to eligible patients throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Connecticut.

The evaluation process may include a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, standardized questionnaires, review of relevant medical and psychiatric history, objective computerized attention testing using the IVA-2 Continuous Performance Test, interpretation of results, and personalized treatment recommendations.

Computerized ADHD testing is not reliably covered by commercial insurance plans and requires an additional out-of-pocket fee. However, it offers patients access to objective testing at a substantially lower cost than a comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation.

Insurance may be used for eligible clinical services when Aspire ADHD participates with your insurance plan. 

The IVA-2 testing fee includes:

• A reserved computerized testing session
• Administration of the IVA-2 Continuous Performance Test
• Review and interpretation of test results by your psychiatric provider
• A written report of your IVA-2 test results

• This rate applies to patients who are using their insurance benefits for eligible clinical services associated with their ADHD evaluation and psychiatric care. 
• Computerized ADHD testing is not billed to insurance and requires an additional out-of-pocket fee.

• This rate applies to patients who are not using insurance for their clinical ADHD evaluation and related psychiatric services.
• Payment for IVA-2 computerized testing is required to reserve your testing session.

• For patients using insurance, eligible clinical services may be billed to your insurance plan when Aspire ADHD is an in-network provider.
• Depending on your specific insurance plan and benefits, you may be responsible for copayments, deductibles, coinsurance, or services that are not covered by your insurance plan.
• Self-pay rates for clinical evaluations and follow-up appointments are available upon request.

• Aspire ADHD accepts most major insurance plans.
• Participation with an insurance plan does not guarantee that every service is covered. 
• Computerized ADHD testing is not billed to insurance and requires an additional fee.
• Coverage, deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and other patient responsibilities vary by plan.
• Patients are encouraged to verify their individual benefits directly with their insurance company before scheduling services.

• Payment is due according to Aspire ADHD's financial policies.
• Eligible patients may use HSA or FSA funds for qualified healthcare expenses, subject to applicable plan rules.
• Financing options may also be available through CareCredit for eligible out-of-pocket healthcare expenses.
