Aspire ADHD participates with many major insurance plans for eligible psychiatric services.

Insurance participation may vary by provider, service, and the state where you are located. Please review the insurance plans listed below and contact our office if you have questions about whether a specific Aspire ADHD provider participates with your plan.

Participation with an insurance plan does not guarantee coverage or payment for every service.

Before scheduling an appointment, we recommend contacting your insurance company to verify:

• That Aspire ADHD and your treating provider are in-network with your specific plan
• Coverage for psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Copayments, deductibles, and coinsurance
• Referral or prior authorization requirements
• Telehealth benefits and coverage
• Any limitations or exclusions that may apply to your plan

Patients are responsible for understanding their individual insurance benefits and for charges determined by their insurance company to be the patient's responsibility.

IVA-2 computerized testing is a separate, non-covered service and is not billed to insurance.

Payment for IVA-2 testing is required to reserve your testing session.

Patients are responsible for providing accurate and current insurance information before receiving services.

Please notify our office promptly of any changes to your insurance coverage.

Failure to provide current insurance information may result in claim denials or patient responsibility for charges.
